| New type of spray washing fume hood
Spray washing fume hood is specifically designed to handle hot perchloric acid, hot nitric acid, or perchloric acid. But it does not handle sulfuric acid, acetic acid, organic solvents, or any flammable materials. The fume hood has an acid and alkali resistant surface (including the work area) and a cleaning system dispersed throughout the entire fume hood. When heated, perchloric acid evaporates and condenses inside the cabinet. Besides being highly corrosive, perchloric acid can also form explosive perchlorates and esters with oil or other materials when condensed. Therefore, the cleaning spray system can remove any explosive compounds that may form on the inner surface, and the surface can improve corrosion resistance. |

Structure Design

The internal chamber is equipped with 2 spray systems, which are cleaner and have a processing rate of up to 90%.

The cabinet lighting is pre powered. The lighting equipment is electronic ballast, energy-saving and economical LED lights. Under environmental conditions of 0 ℃, the standard illuminance of the working surface is greater than 800Lux.
Safety protection
There are maintenance windows on both sides of the fume hood.
Limit the movement of the front window beyond 457 millimeters to ensure that users can operate in a safe position (optional).
● An anti slip design for the front window frame can be added to prevent the ventilation hood window from slipping and injuring the hands of workers.
The door frame slides and has stepless positioning, allowing laboratory administrators or safety officers to operate freely.
The door frame can be equipped with a limit alarm (optional).
VAV variable air volume system (optional).
The flushing system behind the deflector washes away all perchlorate deposits on the deflector, preventing the accumulation of any explosive salts.
The built-in water pump system ensures that the water pressure of the flushing system is constant.
Easy maintenance
The inner chamber workbench is easy to clean.
The detachable gas collection hood system can achieve cleaning and maintenance of the interior of the cabinet.
The hinged door frame system requires minimal maintenance.
Defects liability period
The shelf life of the spray washing fume hood is 1 year, excluding consumable parts.

Security testing
Each spray washing fume hood undergoes leakage and circulation testing before leaving the factory to ensure compliance with ASHRAE 110:1995 standards.
