| The D-SG series PFA deionized water spray gun is developed specifically for high-purity semiconductor applications. It is designed with an injection molded ultra clean PFA body, a precision machined sealing area, and a patented diaphragm and valve core. The action is smooth and flexible, with extremely low dead corners, providing reliable sealing performance and a long service life. The wet parts are made of PFA and modified PTFE, with no sealing ring design to ensure clean operation. Featuring a detachable hanger design that allows for suspension in any direction. You can choose between 1/4 “or 3/8” Dwarf interface. You can also choose coiled hoses with recirculation function.
