Regulatory requirements: According to the national standard GB18597-2013 Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Storage, it is stipulated that containers containing hazardous waste must be labeled with labels that comply with Appendix A of this standard; 6.2.2 There must be a leakage liquid collection device, a gas outlet, and a gas purification device. Introduction to WISE LAB tilting safety collection system

1. The collection container is made of HDPE material, which meets the technical specifications for collecting laboratory waste chemicals in GB31190-2014, and is labeled with compliance labels. The container is designed for safe collection of waste liquid with a capacity of 10L/20L, with a height not exceeding 35cm, suitable for lower space heights, and can choose a conductive material waste liquid tank;

2. Pouring funnel made of HDPE material, with a diameter of 150mm and a wall thickness of 10mm, equipped with a funnel sealing cover and splash proof filter screen; Optional conductive funnel with a diameter of 160mm.

3. The funnel can be installed on the tabletop or embedded in the tabletop, with a tabletop opening of either 30mm or 130mm;

4. The PTFE material check valve can be installed on the table or under the table to ensure reliable sealing during storage;

5. PTFE material guide corrugated pipe, connected to the pouring funnel and collection container, adopts cold expansion connection, reliable sealing, does not use sealing rings and rubber pads, corrosion-resistant and anti-aging;

6. Equipped with a signal line safety cover, a quick plug with a safety lock buckle, a liquid level sensor, and PTFE corrugated pipe connection components, explosion-proof certification;

7. The high-efficiency filter adopts a quick plug connection, which is convenient for replacement and ensures that the chemical components in the container will not evaporate into the environment during the replacement process. The filter adopts international standard classification, and currently there are 5 types to choose from, namely organic gas high-efficiency filter, inorganic gas high-efficiency filter, acidic gas high-efficiency filter, ammonia and methylamine filter, and multi-purpose high-efficiency filter;

8. The high-efficiency filter is equipped with a 6-month visual time tag, indicating the next replacement time, and has a third-party testing report;

9. The collection container is equipped with a PP material leak proof secondary container, which has electrostatic conductivity and complies with international regulations that exceed 110% of the waste liquid collection container. A mobile stainless steel carrying vehicle is optional, and the secondary container can be equipped with anti dumping function;

10. The collection end safety cover is equipped with a contactless liquid level sound and light alarm;

11. Equipped with a liquid level alarm intelligent control panel, powered by a 3V button battery, no external power supply required, providing sound and light alarm function for liquid level, with explosion-proof certification;
