1、 Grade 100 chemical ultra clean cabinet
▲ (1) Size 1500 * 1000 * 2300 ± 5mm.
▲ (2) The Class 100 chemical ultra clean cabinet is a GB 50073 Class 5 negative pressure (-5Pa) ultra clean cabinet made of PP (polypropylene) material, which can withstand strong acids and alkalis. It is equipped with a single PVDF faucet, PP tank, and optional gas cock inside the cabinet.
▲ (3) To meet the requirements of GB50073 air cleanliness level 4, a leakage test must be conducted before leaving the factory, using American AAF or U15 grade PTFE filter cartridges of the same level. The number of particles with a measured particle size of 0.3~0.5 microns should not exceed 1 particle/m ³.
▲ (4) Equipped with a unique air curtain to ensure that there is no interference or influence between the inside and outside; There is a secondary flow equalization plate installed to ensure uniform cleanliness at all points inside the cabinet.
▲ (5) The inner wall connection method ensures that there are no metal parts, the entire body is made of PP material, and PEEK screws.

Comprehensive requirements:
1. The high-efficiency filter adopts a PTFE material high-efficiency filter with a plastic partition. A scanned copy of the testing report for the high-efficiency filter (including a hundred level chemical ultra clean cabinet and sampling station) should be provided (before project acceptance, a valid copy of the testing report with the “CMA” or “CNAS” logo issued by a third-party testing agency should be provided as one of the acceptance criteria)
2、The hundred level chemical ultra clean cabinet and sampling station can meet the requirements of air cleanliness level 4 in GB50073, using U15 level PTFE filter element, and must be separately inspected after delivery.
3. The hundred level chemical ultra clean cabinet in the pre-processing area is equipped with a pre installed pure water pipe channel.
