Metallizing

Preprocessing: Process according to standard procedures based on the type of steel plate.

Spraying: Epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying, fixed to a smooth surface in a high-temperature oven, without any peeling, bubbling, indentation, surface scratches, pitting, cracks, chipping, or cutting edges on the sprayed layer; Cutting, drilling, and side corners should be deburred.

Spray thickness: Spray epoxy resin powder with a thickness of not less than 75 μ m, which should meet SEFA standards. The color can be selected and determined by the user according to the standard color card.

The surface treatment performance requirements should comply with the SEFA 8M standard, and the cabinet should be a fully steel floor standing structure that can be used alone or in combination. The side panel and back panel of the cabinet are designed to form a circular shape, with smooth transitions in both vertical and horizontal directions, without overlapping or cracking. The entire cabinet door and drawer panel are on the same plane, and there is soundproofing material inside the panel.
