1、 Equipment Overview:

1.1 Equipment name: 4L20L automatic filling line;

1.2 Equipment application: mainly used for filling 4L or 20L barrels of medication, filtering through PFA pipelines, pumps, filters, etc., and delivering into 4L or 20L barrels; The equipment has the characteristics of precise delivery, convenient operation, and safe operation, and is corrosion-resistant.

1.3 Capacity specification: Standard 4L or 20L barrels.

1.4 Canned quantity: It can accommodate up to four types of medicinal liquids and can be filled in 6 cans at the same time.

1.5 Machine mode: Semi automatic model, the operator has an empty bucket, the equipment recognizes the position of the filling bucket mouth, automatically opens the lid, automatically recognizes the bucket label and bucket mouth position, can automatically scan the code, automatically lowers the canning bucket joint, and automatically starts canning according to the set parameters. After canning is completed, the canning bucket joint rises, automatically locks the lid according to the set parameters, and automatically flows into the waiting area and ends canning.

2、 Operation mode

4、 Equipment body

4.1 Machine frame: made of stainless steel square tube, fully welded by argon arc welding, with no leakage of stainless steel square tube after coating;

4.2 Main body of the machine: German New Meile FM fireproof and flame-retardant PVC 10mm, welded by plate fusion welding;

4.3 Positioning method: The bottom adopts auxiliary support, adjustable foot cup, which is convenient for forklift handling and positioning adjustment;

4.4 Lighting method: detachable LED anti-corrosion white light;

4.5 Protective door: Equipment bucket area, using transparent PVC door for easy observation of internal operating conditions;

4.6 Air pressure control: The electrical control area maintains positive pressure to ensure that components are not corroded by acidic gases and their service life is not affected;

4.7 Pipeline: The pipeline is located at the rear of the machine to save space and uses British PFA pipes;

4.8 Filtering: 20 inch filters are connected in series, with a filtering accuracy of 0.1 or 0.05 μ m (optional), and the filtering accuracy can be adjusted according to the working conditions.

4.9 Negative pressure control: Exhaust the bucket area to maintain negative pressure, ensuring that the gas in the work area does not leak or contaminate, and protecting the workers;

4.10 Leakage sensing: using an electronic leakage sensor located in the pipeline area, inside the leak proof disc, it can quickly detect the leakage situation;

4.11 Exhaust valve: The equipment adopts an 8-inch PPH (diameter 200mm) exhaust valve with an exhaust volume of 12m ³/min. The exhaust volume of the valve can be manually adjusted. The exhaust valve is installed above the back of the machine with an output type differential pressure gauge. When the pressure is lower than the set value, an alarm will be issued to notify of abnormal exhaust.

4.12 Exhaust orifice plate: the rear side plate of the workbench is equipped with an adjustable exhaust grid plate;

4.13 HEAP: The top of the equipment bucket area is equipped with a high-efficiency filter with a filtration level of Class 100 to ensure a clean working environment; The HEPA filling equipment adopts non explosion proof conventional models.

4.14 Water vapor gun: A set of water vapor guns is equipped inside the equipment.

4.15 Sampling port: There are 4 sampling port positions.

4.16 Factory interface:

1 The gas plant interface is configured on the back of the machine.

2 The waste liquid discharge interface is configured on the back of the machine (pipeline area discharge).

5、 Overview of Equipment Accessories

5.1 Electronic weighing: Using a “power transmission” electronic scale, the position of the drum area on the power drum assembly line is equipped with electronic weighing at the bottom, which can accurately control the filling accuracy.

5.2 Power assembly line: Power assembly line, all touchable surfaces are coated with PP for corrosion protection, with a liquid tray at the bottom and limit rods on both sides. The filling area is equipped with bucket position sensors and bucket limit fixtures, which can manually switch the type of canned bucket, the position of the loading and unloading assembly line, and are all equipped with position sensors. 7. Safety Protection
